Our Breakfast & Afterschool Club

The Little Sunflowers Breakfast and Afterschool Club is available to Marian Vian Primary school pupils from Reception to Year 6. 

Breakfast club begins at 8:00 with breakfast being served whilst the children have free range of the Big Smiles room. They are then escorted across to their class rooms at Marian Vian Primary school by the team ready for the beginning of their school day. 

We meet each year as they are let out of their classrooms at the end of the Marian Vian school day and escorted back to Sunflowers HQ!

The Breakfast and Afterschool club room is the dedicated base for school age children that allows children of all primary school ages to be able to interact with each other. The room is changed throughout the year to ensure the children have a wide variety of activites to take part in. We take part in large group quizes, set up foozball tornaments, lego building station etc. There is also an area where the children can read a book or just have a moment to relax after a long day of learning.

Food & Nutrition

All our food is homemade!

Little Sunflowers offer a nutrionally balanced seasonal 4 week menu that is changes every six months. We  are able to adjust each dish individually to ensure that all dietary requirements are catered for. We do not offer alternative meals, we simply adjust each dish to suit individual needs. 

All our fruit, vegtables and eggs are delivered fresh every Tuesday from Old Covent Garden market, 

Little Sunflowers serves two meals per day. There is a fully stocked fruit cabinet for children to help themselves to.

Water is available for children.

To celebrate different festivals or events throughout the year we plan themed days to allow the children to explore the traditions of different religions and cultures. Parents are always given prior notification of these changes to our menu.
